Goals and faith
Goals are an important part of our lives. Often, they are merely thoughts that we hope will manifest sometime in the future. My goal is to write books and short stories , but I can not afford to publish them with regular publishing company. But with the help of a wonderful friend Briawna power Project Coordinator at Shift4 Payments from the US I can do that soon with her help , she is starting her own project and I can publish with her so I am waiting for this opportunity to set a different goal in my life.
It’s healthy to have objectives and desires that fill our days with meaning. It’s how we stay motivated, smile, and find the will to overcome hurdles. Apart from taking care of your physical, mental, and emotional body with prayers and worship God alone you can also support a healthy mindset in relation to your spiritual goals.
This can work for simple things, like finding a better job, choosing the right home, or meeting the right people. But here’s the catch.
Even if you have a clear idea of what you want, it’s impossible to know the best outcome for you. Nobody can ever know what the optimum long-term solution looks like. You have to plan, start and work it out and see what happen don’t let fear stop you m don’t let the previous comfort zone pull you down. Ourselves are our worst enemy.
It’s common to choose a path and arrive at a different destination. Only when you look back, do you see the clear picture and understand why certain things happened the way they did. Some call it destiny , What we desire it’s not always coordinated with what’s best for us. God has a plan for each of us.
The good news is that you don’t have to stress too much about it. You think and do your best and God will do the rest, as long as your motive is pure, honest and sincere and Alline with the rule of faith and honesty. By developing yourself through spiritual practices, it becomes easier to attract the right things for you.
One of my long-time friends always wanted to be rich so fast. He eventually managed to save some money and made more and then pout it all in a risky deal with a broker but he end up losing all his money and his store and filed for bankruptcy , he separated from his wife.
He wasn’t ready , he didn’t have to financial background or the the advice of a good financial planner In less than a year he lost it all. This event made him understand that he was not ready to change too fast and taught him to be careful , and do not trust unsound financial adventures and if he does take a risk he should do it carefully with putting all the eggs in one basket. In time he managed to get back on his feet, got back with his wife and promise her to listen to her sound advise and never take a risky project.
We had a chat, and soon he understood that it’s good to have a clear goal , take it slow , we know that sometimes we have to take a risk, but we should not risk it all , and always do your home work and ask professionals. He stop gamboling , got a good job and focused on his new life with his first child. After few years he managed to buy his dream home as become more smart with his money .
As you might have guessed, the story is not about getting rich fast then getting bankruptcy instead , but how the best outcome for you might look totally different than you imagined , you have to think a head and have plan B and C, make sure your plan do not destroy your family.
Often, when you let your ego control your life you risk forcing the wrong things to manifest in your life. So what does this have to do with God , prayers and worshiping God ? The answer is Faith in him to guide you to the right path in due time. As God can help you improve your decision-making process? You must
• Setting a clear goal • Writing it down • Ask God through prayers and worshiping to guide you to the optimum result for you , The Muslims called it Istikhara prayer that’s mean asking God to show you which way to take, and if it is ok to move or get this job etc….It supposed to give you a positive feeling, a good dream about it , and you put Him in charge and not your ego.
So Write all your goals, desires, wishes on a piece of paper. Use affirmations at the present time. You will write them as they have already happened. ‘I’m thankful that I’m living in the best home for my family and me.’ ‘I have the optimum job for me and my greater good.’; Ask God to bless your thoughts and your ideas.
On the back of the paper, write some prayers from the holy book regarding blessing and god abundance, so many verses that leads to good fortune and health These only work if you ask God alone and worship God alone and not any other person or entity, don’t ask a stone, a cow or an angel. These are designed for the Abrahamic faith people.
Visualize that God is working to fulfill these wishes, give him grace and worship, thank him all the time and be thankful so he can give you more. Hold the paper in your hand and read from the holy book to bless you plan does this for 2 weeks and prays to God for few minutes. Have the intention that the outcome manifests in the best way for you and the people involved. This will not work for Lottery, gamboling or any other un-kosher projects.
Do this consistently, every day, or as often as you can. The whole process may sound easy, but you’ll be amazed at where this will lead you. Be honest with yourself and write with your heart. No one else but you will see it. Don’t be greedy to wish good things to others . Another key factor is a healthy mindset.
If you don’t believe that it can actually happen, the goal will probably never manifest. So you must trust in the power of your faith. and in God . You will notice that everything is and was planned for us and that there is something like this that could change the outcome as God can do it .
