Dreams, visions & reality
Each one of us experiences life differently. My fascination with dream began at age 6 when I was dreaming that my dad gave me a coin and I hold the coin in my hand and I remembered that I was extremely happy with it , coincidently in the same time my mother put a coin in my open hand while I was sleeping and dreaming as she used to give me a coin as allowance ,before she went to the market , when I woke up I remembered the dream and I looked into my hand and I saw the coin in my hand . WOW ….I couldn’t believe it how can my father can reach out to my dream and give me a coin before he went to work? I told myself and all my friends later.
Some of us seem to be living in a perpetual holiday, while others struggle day in, day out. Dreams are here to help us and guide us to releases stress and relives pain. Either way, we all go through ups and downs. Unfortunately, these extremes tend not to be related to one’s general situation. Therefore, change can come suddenly and violently to people you least expect.
The lack of sleep, a poor diet, and stressful environments can easily lead to anxiety and fears, and that in turn affect our dreams and. Our dream is our body in search mode, search for solution and answers, search for ideas and way to help us, and in turn help it to survive longer with our body.
Your brain try to tell you throw dreams to overcome all the negative thoughts because it knew that everything will be brighter on the reality side if we listen to our hearts and mind to find a sound solution to our problems. Dreams can offered us.
Mental and emotional healing – meaning, the transformation of low-vibration emotions into beneficial ones through the flow of energy;
Inner-self awareness – getting to know yourself and what you are healing while being aware of your inner qualities and potentials;
Energetic cleansing – because the energetic system supports your physical body, it needs recalibration from time to time;
Spiritual development – by raising your consciousness. This is the ultimate goal with the dreaming brain , It’s different for everyone, but starting to better understand the world around you as well as your personal mission, is one common attribute; This will be more useful when you worship God and pray to him so you can enforce it in your dreams.
We are spiritual beings having a physical experience here on Earth. Our dreams are the bridge that connects our world to the worlds beyond.
When I told my mom later she told me the truth, I didn’t want to believe her at al, it was the reality for me, but when I wanted a coin and went to sleep hopefully to see my dad and get one more coin , I woke up disappointed as I didn’t see a coin in my hand, and I asked my dad for it then I got the coin from him in reality. It confused me.
Since that time I studied more than 2000 books, booklets, dictionaries and on line dream decipher and decoding, related to every aspect of the person psychology, color, culture, race and gender. I also asked blind people about dreams and recorded what they told me and if they dream in color, and if the blind people dreams that they can see , and what color is the most common in dream for children and adult. I also had to study each animal and birds dream meaning, figures and objects as each object, color, and character have a specific meaning in our life and in our dreams. God spoke to so many prophets throw dreams and visions.
I became so good at it I stared decoding dreams for my friends, families and strangers too on line. The best school of dream I follow is that of the Arabic scholar Ibn siren who used to live in Basra, south Of Iraq and of that of Hasan al Basri.
I also managed to read the dream decoding from the Prophets and all the holy books, and many other descended of those who followed them, Aljahedh, Alrazi, Ibn Senna, Aldomery, Then I studied the Chinese and East Indians decoding and the different school of thoughts.
In time I discovered that our brain hove a great method to help us while dreaming, one of the discovery I made that of “: fear and embarrassing” dreams so that the brain wake us up to go to the washroom. I counted 2000 or more different dreams of that nature, each dream absolutely different than the last one in the story and dream characters.
Our brain is then register our speed and fast respond to wake up, the faster we respond and wake up to go to the washroom is for the brain to take that kind of dream and keep it for future reference , play it again in future in different variations as our brain knows that this is the best dream to wake us up so we don’t urinate in our sleep.
Most of us do bedwetting when we were younger because of our bed warm comfort feeling. Why emptying our bladder is so important to our brain to wake us up? As we know when the bladder is full of urine, it puts pressure on the kidneys. This can lead to higher blood pressure. Having high blood pressure, too much blood pressure can also lead to a heart attack, so the brain trying to save us by waking us up.
Our brain also control our temperature while we sleep with dreams, when you live in an area that is too hot and dry I found that our brain introduces wet and cool dreams of water and moist, and if we live in a cold places, our brain changes the dreams to more warm and pleasant places and so on, As long as if you don’t have thyroid problem and other diseases.
The brain can alter our dream according to our environment and body temperature. Our mental state, and I found that the key organs that plays extremely important rules in our dreams are (the pituitary gland, pineal gland, thyroid and parathyroid, adrenal and supra adrenal glands, testicular and ovaries, Gallbladder , the liver, and our stomach).
Each of these organs have it is own connection to sets of dreams to warn us of danger and illness that might exist or about to happen in near future, such as ulcers, gallstones, renal stones, tumor, calcifications, cholesterol, and many more. The trick is you have to know how to decipher these dreams to reach a conclusion and it comes with study and practice. I have a gallbladder stone and I knew I must have it from a dream before the gallbladder systems start taken place, before the right upper quadrant pain and nausea.
The dream was I saw like a small biting insect moving around in the right upper quadrant area trying to bite me and I was trying to avoid it, next day I remember that and went to work, so the first thing I did is to ultrasound myself early morning before my patients arrive to the clinic and , WALA, here it is , a 9 mm gall stone. I looked at it on the ultrasound screen and said “you little insect stone “and laughed. Thanks God no one saw me talking to my gallbladder stone. LOL
Our brain works with guilt dream to wakes up and go to work and not to be lazy, to survive, and it will play great deal in war and aggression environment. Our brain is the true watcher, the true guardian angel to me. That’s why you have to be so careful of poisoning this amazing guardian angel and friend with alcohol, drugs and smoking it will fog the brain and make it less able to help you in danger situation, it will paralyze it and it will affect your body function in a great deal in the long run.
Many people discover complex answers to scientific problem or mathematical problems in a dream; I am one of them in one of my ultrasound research paper. One day I was crying after I woke up and my mother asked me What’s wrong, I hugged her and told her my dream. It is just a dream my son, she answered.
I knew it wasn’t just a dream, after many years it all came true my brother Sam immigrated to the US and died , I moved to Canada , My mother passed away after Sam as I saw it in a dream, and My other brother got killed by Iranians thugs while stealing his car. It was so strange that I saw all that years before. At the day my younger brother died, my family didn’t tell me about his death as I was in Canada and they didn’t want to give me the bad news as I was preparing for an exam. But in that night my younger brother came to me in a dream and told me that he passed away and he needs my help!
I woke up and I was in Vancouver BC, and immediately called home and told my sister Ahlam my dream and I asked her if my brother was sick? Suddenly she started to Cry and she told me that he got shot by Iranians thieves and died at the hospital. We cried and told her that she should always let me know the truth and don’t hide it from me. Then I told her to please go to his car as he instructed me that he left his wallet with 1000 USA dollars and a diamond ring and other important papers with a letter to his fiancé in the wallet.
I asked my sister to see if it is a true or it was just a dream, to my surprise the next day my sister called me and told me that she indeed found a wallet under the seat cushion and it has a letter to his fiancé and a ring to her, plus 1000 US dollars. They informed his Fiancé and gave her the letter and the ring and gave the money for my mom to make a nice grave stone and donated to the grave site back home.
Experienced lucid dreamers will sometimes delve into this dynamic process by asking key dream characters potentially insightful questions such as: Who am I? Who are you? How can you help me? What is the most important thing I should know about what awaits us?
Not only do some dream characters appear to take these questions seriously, but their replies can be startlingly witty or insightful. In rare cases, dream figures have even presented the dreamer with a possible solution to a pressing problem. I believe that, when used in this manner, lucid dreaming can allow you to explore and interact with parts of your mind (you might call it your unconscious) in ways that you can’t in non-lucid dreams – or during wakefulness, for that matter.
To paraphrase the psychoanalyst Carl Jung, this way of interrelating with people in your dreams can help make ‘the unconscious conscious.
