Dear Friends, and readers

For many people who have recently lost a loved one, the very sight of leaves falling from the trees in This winter with covid still in the Air and China virus killing millions and destroying lives and economy, fear sets in and the worse than that is increasing level of anxiety from fear of death, contracting china virus, and losing loved one over, the upcoming holiday season.

The closer we get to December, the greater the pain and loneliness which often creates the impression that the holidays may be impossible to survive.

To make matters worse, it seems that we are left alone with these feelings, because it is not appropriate to discuss a sad topic like grief, sadness, stress and anger and we left alone to deal with denial, shock, anger  and  depression ,mourning during the holidays when everyone around us is carefree and happy, or pretending to be happy.

The loss of life is worse but it can be devastated also when you lose your job, divorce your partner or lose your pet. Crying seems the only comfort you have at this moment. 

So how to “survive” those first holidays after the loss of a significant person or element in your life? My mother Holy book and the black stone

My mother Holy book and the black stone; Without light, you slowly rotten from the inside, without God you allow the dark energy to seep into your body and it will reflect on your behaviour as a human. You do not notice it at first because the evil one work silently and relentlessly to coarse your spirit by getting you in his darkness.

Your brain and mind knows the truth and you have a choice to decide but you always follow the temptation and ignore the obvious and the danger, you let it go until it is too late. Then you will be noticing the change in your personality with increasing temperament, anger, fear, lack of patience, greed, lies, negative disrespectful personality, driven to lust and self destructive behaviors.

Leaving those who truly love you and care for you because you think that there is no romance and sparks, there is no chemistry and common interests between you and it is all the work of the devil to distant you away from the good people toward lust and self destruction.

The created universe is made of 68 % of dark energy, and 27% of dark matters their power lies in their ability to go unnoticed, like the black halls. The stars, suns, moons and all other planets make about 5% of the seen universe and the human been make  about 0.03% and that is a scientific fact.

Up to 60% of the human adult body is water. According to H.H. Mitchell, Journal of Biological Chemistry 158, the brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31%.

Males of average height have about 4 grams of iron in their body, females about 3.5 grams.

Heavier elements were mostly produced much later, inside of stars. Hydrogen and helium are estimated to make up roughly 74% and 24% of all baryonic matter in the universe respectively.

Considering that this is a nuclear physics discussion, you might have guessed that the answer comes from the nuclear properties of iron. It happens that iron, and its closest neighbors, have the largest “binding energy” out of the 7000 different Isotopes.

Binding energy is simply the amount of energy we need to give to the atomic nucleus to break it apart into the protons and neutrons it’s made of. High binding energy means it’s harder to break this nucleus; it simply prefers to stay the way it is. On the other hand, a nucleus with low binding energy will be easily transformed into a different nuclear species, a different isotope or even a different element. In nature, this translates into having more of a particular type of element (high binding energy) and less of another (low binding energy).

Iron and its neighbors (elements between 22-30) occupy the top 38 places in the binding-energy ranking  . And this basic nuclear property affects the stellar processes that create elements in the Universe. As a result, the heaviest stars will create an iron core in their centers, but never go beyond that. A lot of the stellar processes will end around iron, and therefore matter accumulates in the form of iron or its neighbors.

I think that the dark energy and dark matters in the universe are a small mini / microscopic sub particles I called (VACUUM PARTICLES) smaller than helium.

When you turn on the light in your room the darkness disappears at once, the darkness do not stay and go slowly but it will go away. That’s why in the presence of God and his angels the darkness and the devil will be gone; otherwise they will be dead and destroyed.

When the light switched off the source of that energy is gone but the light photons and the energy of that light still linger on, it loses energy and they become invisible light I called it dark energy.

This dark energy almost 2 third of the universe is telling me that once the 2 third of the angels who are light fought and defeated ,those who followed the devil which was third of the angels ( falling angels) and that the dark matters was a result of the defeated negative energy.

I believe that one day human will discover that most of the dark energy is positive energy and dark light, darkened photons. And that the most of dark matter are in fact a negative energy sub particles. Some of those particles can turn on and off from positive to negative and vise versa. ( Steve Ramsey)

I had a dream once back in 1973 ,I dreamt that 2 angels came to me holding my hands one from each hand pulling me nicely and telling me that God want to talk to you . I was so afraid I told them please leave me but they took me and I saw a large cloud in the sky came and stood over us and then God spoke from behind the clouds and told me WHY I LEFT MY PRAYERS AND MY WORSHIP TO HIM? The sound was an amazing power with light and thunder coming from the cloud.

How you know God that I left my prayers? (I did stopped and quiet my worship and prayers to him for a while at that time).

I know everything, I see and hear everything, and the voice answered me.

Then they asked me to go back, so I ran so fast and jumped a fence and hide under a tree. When I look up at the tree I saw golden apples so I took one and put it in my pocket and kept going in this new garden.

My dad told me that it is my guilt and subconscious mind trying to tell you that I did something wrong and that I must go back to the prayers. My mother told me God truly can speak to us in a dream or other ways and she believe that it is God who said that. So went back to my prayers and worship until this day.

I asked my Mom how about the fence and the golden apple, she said jumping a fence means that I will travel and leave my country which I did and immigrated to Canada.

The golden apple she said it indicates success, and bountiful rewards are, apple also is a test of our faith, as Adam and Eve was tempted by it. Gold is glitter of life, and the jumping fence also means that I will pass my test and overcome all obstacles, my mother said. She was great dreams analyzer and she helps me to become one too.

In time I did overcome my Anxiety, fear, and self-doubt when I moved to Canada and started from scratch, learned the language and gained the experience and all the degrees I wanted to get and accomplished my dreams. Every time I feel sad and lonely I remember my mother and her advice, her protection and guidance and it made feel better and push back the dark forces as hope ,love and kindness is part of the positive light that push all the dark energy that overwhelm our thoughts and cloud our thinking .

I remembered my mother room and her small side table where she used to put her Holy book on the top and small dark stone in the second shelf. She used to say that the holy book is God light, God words, and the dark stone is represent our bad deeds ,our heart of stone ,and she reminded me that we must always go with the light ,and avoid the devil so we don’t be like him . In time about few years the dark stone became little white in color!

I asked my mother where is the dark stone. She said still in the same place!

No mom, this is white stone! I am looking for the dark one. My mother said after many days of prayers and worshipping God I hold the stone and send blessing to it, as the stone is part of God creation too.

In time when God accept your worship his blessings spells over everything and change it, that when you know you are increased in faith and you are in God side when you start changing yourself to be good things around you change too. Continue Reading →

Five stages of grief

Whatever your loss, it’s personal to you, so don’t feel ashamed about how you feel, or believe that it’s somehow only appropriate to grieve for certain things. If the person, animal, relationship, or situation was significant to you, it’s normal to grieve the loss you’re experiencing. Whatever the cause of your grief, though, there are healthy ways to cope with the pain that, in time, can ease your sadness and help you come to terms with your loss, find new meaning, and eventually move on with your life.

Grieving is a highly individual experience; there’s no right or wrong way to grieve. How you grieve depends on many factors, including your personality and coping style, your life experience, your faith, and how significant the loss was to you.

Inevitably, the grieving process takes time. Healing happens gradually; it can’t be forced or hurried, and there is no “normal” timetable for grieving. Some people start to feel better in weeks or months. For others, the grieving process is measured in years. Whatever your grief experience, it’s important to be patient with yourself and allow the process to naturally unfold.

Myths and facts about grief and grieving

Myth: The pain will go away faster if you ignore it

 

Fact: Trying to ignore your pain or keep it from surfacing will only make it worse

 in the long run. For real healing, it is necessary to face your grief and actively deal with it.

Myth: It’s important to “be strong” in the face of loss.

 

Fact: Feeling sad, frightened, or lonely is a normal reaction to loss.

Crying doesn’t mean you are weak. You don’t need to “protect” your family or friends by

Putting on a brave front. Showing your true feelings can help them and you.

Myth: If you don’t cry, it means you aren’t sorry about the loss.

 

Fact: Crying is a normal response to sadness, but it’s not the only one.

Those who don’t cry may feel the pain just as deeply as others.

They may simply have other ways of showing it.

Myth: Grieving should last about a year.

 

Fact: There is no specific time frame for grieving. How long it takes differs from

 Person to person.

Myth: Moving on with your life means forgetting about your loss.

 

Fact: Moving on means you’ve accepted your loss

But that’s not the same as forgetting. You can move on with your life and keep

The memory of someone or something you lost as an important part of you.

In fact, as we move through life, these memories can become more and more

Integral to defining the people we are.

While grieving a loss is an inevitable part of life, there are ways to help cope with the pain, come to terms with your grief, and eventually, find a way to pick up the pieces and move on with your life.

Acknowledge your pain.
Accept that grief can trigger many different and unexpected emotions.
Understand that your grieving process will be unique to you.
Seek out face-to-face support from people who care about you.
Support yourself emotionally by taking care of yourself physically.
Recognize the difference between grief and depression.

In 1969, psychiatrist Elisabeth Kübler-Ross introduced what became known as the “five stages of grief.” These stages of grief were based on her studies of the feelings of patients facing terminal illness, but many people have generalized them to other types of negative life changes and losses, such as the death of a loved one or a break-up.

Shock and Denial: “This can’t be happening to me.”

Anger: “Why is this happening? Who is to blame?”

Bargaining: “Make this not happen, and in return I will .”

Depression: “I’m too sad to do anything.”

Acceptance: “I’m at peace with what happened.”

If you are experiencing any of these emotions following a loss, it may help to know that your reaction is natural and that you’ll heal in time. However, not everyone who grieves goes through all of these stages—and that’s okay. Contrary to popular belief, you do not have to go through each stage in order to heal. In fact, some people resolve their grief without going through any of these stages. And if you do go through these stages of grief, you probably won’t experience them in a neat, sequential order, so don’t worry about what you “should” be feeling or which stage you’re supposed to be in.

Kübler-Ross herself never intended for these stages to be a rigid framework that applies to everyone who mourns. In her last book before her death in 2004, she said of the five stages of grief: “They were never meant to help tuck messy emotions into neat packages. Winners and losers

By now we know that Biden is won the election in the US, but Trump still in shock, denial, and refused the result! God is the one who make the plans, people are voting and the plan of the master will be the one that Guide the nation. The sore losers sometimes lose self-respect and in time they will recognize the grave danger of their behaviour and the people who died and will die as a result of this action.

After an election, people focus on who won and who lost. But, like all worldly events, the memory and significance of who won and lost fades over time. We may not care too much of what happened 100 years ago and in 100 years they may not care about us either. But what does matter for eternity is if we save or lose our souls.

The Winners

[Quran 9:71] The believing men and women are allies of one another. They advocate righteousness and forbid evil, they observe the Contact Prayers (Salat) and give the obligatory charity (Zakat), and they obey GOD and His messenger. These will be showered by GOD’s mercy. GOD is Almighty, Most Wise.

[Quran 39:15] “Therefore, if you worship whatever you wish besides Him.”  You will be the loser, Say, “The real losers are those who lose their souls, and their families, on the Day of Resurrection.” Most certainly, this is the real loss.

Do we want to be winners for eternity? What are we going to do today to be among the winners?

What are the main differences between “winners” and “losers”?

WINNERS ARE LOSERS

When you lose, you learn and that’s an important part of your psychological development. The biggest winners have lost the most times. This is because winners will get out of their comfort zone and takes risks. Winners actually make the most mistakes, but they learn from those mistakes, and that’s what gets them closer to winning. If you never put yourself out there, if you never take risks, if you’re not prepared to lose… you’ll never win! When the department I used to work in wanted to do something different I started introducing something new that help to generate money and i was in the process of learning and improving my skill curve, but as always the manager did not understand that this is new thing and that I am not Einstein ,so the manager started pointing fingers, and not facts and criticize every step until I got discouraged and stopped doing that specific exam .

The clerks were under lots of stress as the demands was high for that exam ,and they can not find anyone to do it , I was the only one who was able to do it and was  improving daily until it was too much red tapes , all the other workers have no clues about the exam and dont want to do it, so they lost the revenue and the person who was willing to do his best and start something new.

The department lost this revenue and lost those patients , and later I left them  and they have to train the techs to learn new skills and do the exams that in everybody interest and helping patients.

If you don’t know what you want, you cannot win in life. How can you measure your success if you haven’t set any goals? If you don’t know where you are going, you are just swimming around in circles. Winners are focused. They know what they want and, most importantly, they know why they want it. All the most successful people I’ve met in life have a big “why” behind everything they do. Know what you want and why you want it, and you will be half way to winning.

 WINNERS ALWAYS PLAY LIKE THEY ARE WINNING

 If you play like you have already lost, you literally cannot win. You must play like you are winning, even when you are technically behind. You never know what might happen.

Winners don’t play like they are losing, nor do they let the past define them. Winners don’t look backward. Many people get put down in life, even bullied. Those who are able to shake off the past and keep moving forward are winners. Those who let their past define them, believing they don’t deserve to win simply because of how badly someone else has treated them, only lose again if they can’t get out of that self-loathing mindset. You have to address whatever is holding you back and break free of your past.

When you have high self-worth, you believe you are worth investing in. I have spoken to many people who say they want to improve their lives, but are not willing to invest in the education and tools that would help them. I’ve always invested money in my own development and education, and I’ve seen great results.

 WINNERS PRACTICE PATIENTLY

When you allow yourself to fail, you learn. Winners do not expect to achieve something without practice. They practice patiently; they take the time to practice. I always get frustrated by people who come to Trading College with a get-rich-quick attitude; I have to explain to them that it takes a lot of time, practice and patience to get good at trading.

You cannot have a big ego if you want to be a winner because your ego will be crushed when you lose like what you see with Trump, and, going right back to the first point… WINNERS ARE LOSERS!

You have to leave your ego at the door if you want to win in life, or you will never get past your first loss.It is ok to go throw the Shock, Denile, and Anger but you have to remember that people are waiting and thier life will be in danger if you dont get on with it and let the past go and then focus on the future. each period of shock and denial has time limit but anger issue might stay with you for long time if you dont conduct yourself in a professional manor and let go.

Deuteronomy 31;6 “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”

Colossians 3;23-24“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters,  since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.”

2 timothy 2;5 “Similarly, anyone who competes as an athlete does not receive the victor’s crown except by competing according to the rules.”

Philippians 2;3  “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves.”

Life is too short to be angry all the time.People who let thier anger define them and linger in the anger for more than usual have no emotional intelligence, it is ok to be angry but you have to come with the term of your lost. You have to be polite, respectful.kind, and recognize that if you lost a battle it doesn’t mean that you lost the war. SORE LOSER, how to lose with grace

For some kids the pressure to win a game is just too big. When a competitive child loses a game they might throw a tantrum or they might gloat when they win. It must leave some parents wondering if their child should play sports at all!

Playing sports helps kids stay active, learn new skills and make friends. It teaches them about teamwork, responsibility and competition. Kids should be able to enjoy all aspects of sports – not just the final result.

Focus on how your child improves with each game. They will learn that you can have a good game despite the score.

Some kids will refuse to play if they don’t think they’re very good. It takes time and effort to improve skills and build confidence. So encourage them to keep playing. Continue Reading →

Spirit attachments, Ghosts, bipolar personality, and mood swings

Halloween has always been a holiday filled with mystery, magic and superstition. It originated with the ancient Celtic festival of Samhain , when people would light bonfires and wear costumes to ward off ghosts.  Over time, however, Halloween evolved into a day of activities like trick-or-treating, dressing in scary costumes, decorating homes, carving pumpkins and more.

One common factor between Celtic and modern cultures still remains. Halloween has always been primarily focused on ghosts and death. What many people don’t realize is that certain Halloween activities that focus on spirits could turn out to be dangerous because they can contribute to spirits possessing our bodies.

What comes to mind for many people when they think about possession of spirits are scenes from horror movies in which a person shakes uncontrollably, vomits, says vile things, etc. The book “Possessed by Ghosts” portrays possession in a very different manner. You even get the impression that possession is a common occurrence in today’s world.

Yes, I can confirm that possession is a common occurrence in today’s world and Hollywood’s interpretation of it is far, far from reality. But the goal of horror movies was never to educate people, but rather to entertain them

When Mood Swings Make Sense

It is perfectly natural to experience anxiety and to suffer from mood swings, especially during times like this when the world is experiencing a pandemic and there is so much uncertainty. Nonetheless, when we are in the midst of a severe mood swing, it can feel extremely overwhelming.  Sometimes situations in our lives cause us to go from one extreme to the other, up and down, and it’s like being trapped on a never-ending roller-coaster ride.  We feel torn inside, unable to make clear decisions, and our judgment is clouded by the uncertainty. 

It’s not only difficult on the person suffering from mood swings, but also on the loved ones that surround them.  They’re forced to walk on eggshells because they don’t know what might trigger another episode of negative behavior.  They also live in constant fear because they never know if they can count on their loved ones or who will show up, Jekyll or Hyde.

We hear from people on a regular basis who suffer from mood swings, and also from the loved ones that are living with those who are experiencing drastic mood swings. They tell us things like:

“I go through these phases where I can’t control my shopping habits and how much money I spend.  When I’m in the process of shopping, I feel happy and euphoric.  But then afterward, I feel depressed and lost.”

“Sometimes everything seems impossible or difficult, even a little task or errand feels overwhelming.  Then, a few hours later, I’m bursting with energy and feel as if I can conquer the world.  I many projects that I want to accomplish, but they never come to realization because the high pops and become deflated.  It’s an endless cycle.”  

“My husband is loving, caring, and giving most of the time, but at other times, he is extremely aggressive to the point I fear he could hurt me.” It is all about addictions, to shopping, sex, drugs, alcohol, even romance can be an addiction if it is not under control, abuse, power, control, greed, lust and everything that make your adrenal rush can lead to an addiction . Bipolar people have tendency to do this more than others. Before you ask the psychic and medium, you must seek the treatment and the truth from a man of science, psychologists, doctors and psychiatrists as your problem could be a paranoia, psychosis, severe anxiety, anger issue, or depression, then in the end you can blame the spirit for it .

In my experience with more than 2000 paranormal investigation since 1986 to now I found that almost 90% of those cases are 100% psychological problems that goes away when the person take his/ her medications, seek doctors help and get the real help from a train physician and or clinical psychologist . People can see things, hear things , and they think that it is a paranormal events but it is not in 90% of the time, it is so real for them but the cause is not a spirit attachment, that doesn’t mean there are no attachments, as in same case I do believe it is .  

 Does Spirit Attachment Cause Mood Swings?

Many people don’t realize that a common symptom of spirit attachment is an extreme or rapid change in mood.  Typically, mood swings occur when a person has two or more spirits attached that have opposite personalities, and this is why our emotions swing back and forth like a pendulum. But this is also can cause by mental disorder, bipolar disorders, anxiety and depression, psychosis and the list goes on and on.

Just like humans, spirits have different personalities, different reactions to various matters, and different perceptions of reality.  So imagine what happens if we have two spirits attached to us, one with extroverted traits and the other with introverted traits?  Our behavior will reflect both of these characteristics, and which characteristic prevails at any given moment will depend on which spirit is currently in control.  

This can be compared to three people inside a car.   I disagree with this as in my opinion only one kind of spirit can attached to you in 99% of the times , spirit that fit you or oppose you, so if you are introverted you attract same kind of spirit , and if you are extrovert you attract the same . It is the energy science behind that attraction and repulsion like 2 same polarity of magnet. If it happens that you attract an opposite spirit to your personality you will show trademark of bipolar personality.

Well, the world of spirits is built around emotions and they will always intensify these emotional states to extreme, dangerous levels in people with whom they are attached.  Hence, isolation and socialization will be taken to such intense levels that a person could find themselves going to extremes. One might feel deeply depressed and worthless, experiencing a lack of energy, and having difficulty concentrating. Then, shortly after, one might have a decreased need for sleep, an increase in activity levels, and ultimately display impulsive or high-risk behavior.

That’s all depends on the stress level that you have , and the factors that led to it, like an argument at work or home, lost of job and so on.  

This can also apply to other situations in life.  For example, feeling devoutly religious one minute, and then hating God the next; feeling love for someone at times, but then despising them at other times; liking certain tasks for awhile, then suddenly dreading them. Such shifts in mood could happen multiple times per day, which becomes burdensome and psychologically and physically overwhelming. Here is the devil plays big part of it as he always want you away from God, blame God for everything and he is trying to get you away from prayers and make you fat away from God as possible . When can isolate you then he can control you and play with you like a cat play with a mouse.

Not all people who experience mood swings suffer from spirit attachment.  However, when traditional treatment and therapies don’t offer satisfactory results, it would be wise to determine if you or a loved one might be under the influence of spirits.

Chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is a disorder characterized by extreme exhaustion or lethargy that does not go away with rest and cannot be explained by an underlying medical condition. For the medical world, the exact cause of chronic fatigue syndrome still remains unknown.

Some reports estimate that approximately thirty million people worldwide suffer from chronic fatigue and ninety percent of people who suffer from CFS are not diagnosed. Twenty-five percent of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome feel severely ill and are unable to function. Chronic fatigue can affect everyone, even children–however, more women than men experience CFS.

According to Harvard Medical School, “Chronic fatigue syndrome begins suddenly, often following a flu-like infection or an episode of physical or psychological trauma, such as surgery, a traumatic accident or the death of a loved one. Or rejection from someone you love, the illness lasts for many months or years, and only a small percentage of people recover full health.”  

In addition to fatigue, many people experience reduced concentration, loss of memory, frequent headaches, muscle pain, enlarged lymph nodes on their neck or armpits, sleep disorders, and lack of enthusiasm.  

Over the last forty-five years of freeing people from spirit and ghost attachments, we have discovered that the majority of people who reach out to us for help suffer from chronic fatigue. Lack of energy is a frequent indication that one is dealing with spirit attachment in the eye of some psychic but to me I know it is 90% psychological problem and only 10% spiritual in nature.

When a soul doesn’t transition to the other side, it will eventually become weaker and weaker. As a result, all spirits that remain among the living must find a source of energy in order to function. Again this what some medium says but to me. The good spirits always in God hands and it will go without fear to the other side, and only come to visit you under God permission or it come in your dreams. The other spirit who are not sure they stay in limbo between this world and the other side as their heart still belong to this world  , due to greed or other earthly factors .

 Most spirits don’t know how to recharge their own energy, so they are forced to steal it from the living. At first a spirit might draw small amounts of energy from various people until it permanently attaches to one specific human being, or a place.

Forgot you mask and then started to get worried about covid .forgot to feed your pet and you are in the middle of the road toward your work etc. what if we did this or that, makes tired and lose sleep and it can lead to depression

I woke up feeling tired, I blamed the cold and the snow, I did shovel and cleaned the snow from my front garage and the garden large patio .I was angry that winter here is too long almost 8 months. I lose my beautiful garden and song birds; the summer is too short in Calgary. Maybe I should move to BC. Your mind gives you so many scenarios and option but the reality is that I can’t move now until I sale my house and that will happen in 18 months, 3 weeks and 16 hours from now. Who’s counting anyway, LOL?
Researching this topic was a real eye-opener for me. I feel as though I’ve learned so much about emotions in general, and more than that, it’s opened up a new level of acceptance for myself and the way negative emotions present in my life. DONT LOOK BACK, DONT WORRY ABOUT THOSE WHO DONT CARE FOR YOU, you pray for them and wish them all the best , but karma will get them one day and show them how they were wrong about you and how they made a bad choice . This is their lives and not yours so keep focus and keep going .

I’ve definitely fallen victim to thinking that negative emotions need to be banished from my emotional repertoire and felt that they lessened my emotional intelligence through how I react to them. Learning that not only are they completely normal, but with a little bit of work, openness and curiosity from me, I could learn to develop better compassion and control.

If there is one thing I want you to take away from reading this article, it’s the compassion piece for your full capacity to experience emotions as a human being. Negative emotions are an extremely important part of our existence. Be open to them, embrace their part in your life and learn to incorporate them in proactive ways. Remember to respond rather than react, and I’m confident you’ll find new ways of approaching these emotions with authenticity and positivity. LOVE THOSE WHO HATES YOU, CARE FOR THOSE WHO ARE UNGRATEFUL, TEACH THOSE WHO DIDN’T TEACH YOU, help those who didn’t help you in moderation, and always show the genuine compassion of your soul

Drifting away a Family estrangements are fundamental to the human story

Family estrangements are fundamental to the human story, starting the day that God tossed Adam and Eve from the garden. Likewise, in Greek mythology, there’s Electra, who murdered her mother to avenge her father, and Tantalus, who cooked his son and fed him to Olympian gods.  Then Abraham who almost killed his son Ishmael as a sacrifice just when he puts the knife on his neck , God stopped him and replace the sacrifice with a lamb.

Marriage may fall ,partners drifting away from each other, romance turn to boring life and a nutshell routine,  family cut-offs have led to painful, shattering ends: King Henry II was forever on edge fielding challenges and betrayals from his sons; Mozart’s marriage left him estranged from his father, the controlling, nagging, unbearable Leopold;  This king also killed most of his wives and broke the catholic law by marring his wife sister after killing here , that’s why he discovered the Anglican church to separate from the catholic  and make his own rules.

 The American founding father Benjamin Franklin broke from his son, William, who supported the British king. Then there was the rift between Ronald Reagan and his activist daughter, Patti; and between Barack Obama’s, Jr and Sr. the list goes on.

Estrangements between siblings are especially brutal. The sisters and Hollywood stars Olivia de Havilland and Joan Fontaine engaged in a lifelong feud. Julia Roberts helped to fund a custody battle against her brother and fellow actor, Eric. From Cleopatra to Genghis Khan, the powerful have murdered or cut off their siblings as a matter of routine.

I’ve seen breakups in my own family. My brother and his wife, I tried hard to make them back but few years later they are departed, I blame my brother behavior for losing such a wonderful and beautiful woman. I bought them a house  and helped them so much but at the end all the money I spent didn’t help at all . When you lose respect you lose the passion and romance.

The statistics on family estrangement vary by study but are always sobering. In 2015, the psychologist Richard Conti of Kean University reported that more than 43 per cent of the 154 students he surveyed had experienced a family estrangement.

 More recent statistics come from Karl Pillemer, a family sociologist and gerontologist directing the Cornell Family Reconciliation Project. In his latest book, Fault Lines: Fractured Families and How to Mend Them (2020), he reports that among a representative sample of 1,340 Americans aged 18 and older, 27 per cent were estranged from a relative – including 10 per cent estranged from a parent or child, 8 per cent from a sibling, and the remaining 9 per cent estranged from a smattering of cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents and other relations. Half of these estrangements had gone on for at least four years. Looking only at immediate families, Pillemer estimates that nearly 20 per cent of American adults are in a state of estrangement right now.

This cold stat shows the human suffering caused by estrangement. ‘Being rejected by family, or deciding to leave, can be one of the most traumatic experiences in a person’s life, ‘writes the social work researcher Kylie Agllias in Family Estrangement: A Matter of Perspective (2016). ‘Adult children are maligned for estranging an older parent, or parents shamed for casting out a child,’ and sibling estrangements are ‘often overlooked altogether’.

Thankfully, a group of therapists and social scientists are forging a road back. One of them is the American psychologist Joshua Coleman, author of the forthcoming book  Rules of Estrangement. His interest in the field was sparked after his own daughter, then in her early 20s, cut him off. ‘It was the most painful, disorienting thing that I’ve ever had to go through,’ he tells me. He consulted a series of therapists who gave him ‘terrible, counterproductive advice, from telling me to point out all the good things I’d done for her to demanding she talk to me’.

 None of it worked so Coleman came up with a plan of his own: he would see everything through his daughter’s eyes and take responsibility for her complaints. It took a while, but the strategy was effective, and his daughter took him back. ‘We are now very close,’ he says.

A complementary perspective comes from Pillemer. ‘Can’t live with them, can’t live without them,’ he says of families after decades of research. Despite the cheery view of family depicted in media, in reality ‘most people have an ambivalent experience’, he says. As part of the research for his earlier book 30 Lessons for Living: Tried and True Advice from the Wisest Americans (2012), Pillemer asked the elderly about life lessons they valued most. ‘A surprising number … talked about family estrangements as the most disruptive [and] distressing’ events of all, he says.

Finding almost no existing research on the topic, Pillemer stepped into the breach, launching a series of studies including a national survey­ and in-depth interviews. These people, who’d been through estrangement, were ‘despondent’, says Pillemer. But as the interviews continued, he ran into a minority who had successfully reconciled after 10, 20 or even 30 years. ‘For them it was so powerful, it was such a transformative experience’ that Pillemer shifted his focus to them, culling their wisdom into his new book Fault Lines. Premonition my true stories

Is a strong feeling that something is about to happen, especially something unpleasant.

That’s been and still is part of my life. When I was in Grade 3 about 8 years old my father was politically active , and activist in Baghdad city against the communist and those corrupt  back then activists often shot dead ,poisoned or tortured as they don’t have rights , no human rights in the Arabs and most Muslim worlds , no free speech , no real democracy , and power always in the hands of the corrupt, the rich and those who have more weapons , Mafioso , drugs and weapons dealers, and theologian who always want to control other people faith ,how they think and act .

So my father went to 5 years in political prison with severe torture. He went from one site to other in different provinces; the evil and stupid Iraqi government do this to deprive family members to visit their loved one. He was put in Mosul prison in north Iraq, we used to live in Baghdad City.

My mother was allowed to visit once a month only. One day when she decided to visit him she wanted to take me with her .I was so happy to go and see my dad and ride the train. When we left home about 10 meters from our house I stopped and I started to see images so vivid and so real in front of my eyes, the images of a train crash and collapse, people were screaming and I am just witnessing this. I told my mom to not go and persist with fear telling her to stop and go home.

It is all in your mind son, it is the anxiety of going to travel, my mom said.

No mom I seen it and the train is going to crash please believe me, I told her

Thank God my mom was superstitious and believed in me, she didn’t have to return any ticket as she usually goes and buys the ticket on the spot in those days with no booking.

How to choose between two jobs

Then, ask yourself the following questions:

·Which job still lines up with my career goals?

·What really matters, Write down everything that matters most when it comes to your job or career. This list might include promotion opportunities, salary, commission structure, company culture, type of work, control over the projects on which you will work, bonus eligibility, benefits such as medical coverage, hours of work per week, or the amount of business travel.

·Does one job have more opportunities than the other?

·Which job will challenge me?

·Which job offers me the chance to learn new skills or sharpen my skill?

·Prioritize. After brainstorming, read through the list and prioritize the items from most important to least. Analyze. Make two columns next to your prioritized list, one for each job opportunity. Think through each item and how well each job will provide for/satisfy each priority, writing notes in both columns

If you’re having trouble deciding between two jobs, consider both through the lens of your long-term goals. Consider which position holds the most promise, and choose the one that will get you where you want to go. Don’t get stuck just because you are in a comfort zone.

2. Weigh salary with personal satisfaction

When choosing between two jobs, an easy question comes to mind: Which one pays more? But remember that Salary is not everything as long as you don’t lose so much, select the one that gives you less stress, make you happier, with a team that respects you and celebrates you than a team who always puts you down and points fingers and not the facts.

Make sure that you focus on the Personal satisfaction, as it is also paramount. So what happens if the job you don’t really want pays a lot more than the one you do?

If this is the case, you’ll need to weigh whether a higher salary will make up for a job you don’t like. Sure, you’ll have more money to spend outside of work. But if you’re bored 40 or more hours per week, a higher salary might not boost your happiness much.

If the job teaches you new skills and challenges you, make you happy and make you feel that you are with the winning team then go for it.

I strongly recommend that you decide on your job not necessarily for the money, but for how closely the offer aligns with your values, less stress, and happy work environment.

If one position’s pay is so low you won’t be able to support yourself, you should probably go with the other one. But if both salaries meet your needs, you might be better off choosing a more fulfilling job in terms of respect, low stress level, place that promotes you and there is a room for your progress.

3. Assess the culture of each workplace

Many hiring managers assess cultural fit, so you also should focus on issues such as compassion, trust, meaningful workplace, places with less bullying and rude people.But cultural fit isn’t a one-way street. You also need to decide whether each company is a good fit for you not just for the managers.

If you’ve ever been in a toxic work environment, you know how tiring it can get day after day. Even if you’re passionate about the company’s mission, you’ll lose steam in an uncomfortable workplace, because your managers are stupid, unprofessional, point fingers and not the facts, bullying, they are always right and you are always wrong, they always find a problem and not a solution, and the list goes on and on.

 On the flip side, you might develop a passion for a company if its culture makes you feel valued and challenged. Respect and honesty are the key factors and if they don’t respect you and honor you just leave them and don’t look back. A to Z of the paranormal

People will visit a multitude of doctors, taken a variety of anti-anxiety medications, and even gone to sleep therapist all to try to control the anxiety. For some people who are tritely gifted spiritualists and those are rare to find, anxiety to those people contacts with spirit.

A; ANXIETY, It is well researched and proven that one of the main reason for most paranormal experiences is anxiety.

Spirit Anxiety feels a lot like sudden onset anxiety or adrenaline rush.

 Spirit anxiety is caused by the psychic gift of clairsentience and it is often initiated by the presence of a spirit who is attempting contact with you or touch you, harm you or is trying to make you feel their presence.

When a Spirit is trying to link their energy with yours, as a sensitive, you’ll be able to feel that high vibration energy coming in and wanting to connect. Of course for the science team, this is just rubbish because they don’t have the means to measure it and prove it.

Afterlife: One of the several terms used interchangeably to refer to life after death. The word “afterlife” has been used since 1615 and is generic enough to use in almost any setting and culture. Other terms include “crossing over,” “the Otherworld,” and “the other side.” Most ghost hunters avoid specific religious terms such as “heaven” when discussing ghosts, haunting, and an afterlife.

Agriglyph: An agriglyph is a large design created in a field of vegetation by pressing down parts of the growth. The term is an alternative to Crop Circles. It was introduced to reflect the higher complexity of many such anomalies.

Anomaly: Something that is out of place and unexplained. In paranormal studies, it refers to any phenomena that we cannot explain. Example: A lens flare in a photo is not an anomaly, but an orb that we cannot explain is an anomaly.

Anniversary Imprint: An imprint that usually manifests around the same time each year. See Residual Haunting.

Amulet: An object that is thought to bring good luck or have the power to protect from ghosts or spirits and ward off evil.

Apparition: The appearance of a ghost or spirit, usually taking the form of a visual image of a deceased individual in either real life or on film. However, there are apparitions based on each of the five senses. Usually visual, auditory, tactile, or olfactory apparitions appear in conjunction with each other, but occasionally only one of the senses are involved. Very rarely is the sense of taste involved. 

Examples include: * Visual: The appearance of a person who was commonly associated with the area in life. * Auditory: Sounds of walking, voices, doors opening or battle are the most common types of auditory apparitions. * Olfactory: Smells or odors, such as perfume or cigar smoke, commonly associated with the area or an individual or event. * Tactile: Feeling a slight wind in a closed-off room, or a slight tug on a person’s clothing with nobody in the immediate vicinity.

Apport: A physical object that can materialize and appear at will in the presence of a medium.

Ararat Anomaly: The Ararat Anomaly is a large object (over 100 meters in length) photographed on Mount Ararat in Turkey. Some people believe it is Noah’s Ark.

Arkeology: Arkeology is the search for the physical remains of Noah’s Ark.

Asport: A physical object that a spirit teleports to another location or makes disappear.

Astral Body: The body that a person occupies during an out-of-body experience.

Astral Plane: A world that is believed to exist in our physical world.

Astral Projection: The intentional act of having the spirit leave the body, whereas an out-of-body experience will happen involuntarily. (See out of body experience).

Astrology: The theory and practice of the positions and aspects of celestial bodies in the belief that they have an influence on the course of natural earthly occurrences and human affairs.

Aura: Energy or life force surrounding all living individuals. The color of an aura can determine the mood or physical condition of an individual. Spirits can sometimes use a physical aura for energy, thereby depleting the person whose energy was taken. 

Automatic Writing: Expressing subconscious thoughts or influences by doodling. This method of obtaining information from disembodied spirits is used by mediums in which the spirit takes control over the medium causing them to translate unconscious information on paper without being aware of the contents.

Automatism: An unconscious or involuntary muscular movement caused by spirits. (See automatic writing)

Autos copy: The visual hallucination or image of one’s body looking back at themselves from a position outside the body. (See out of body experience).

B: Ball Lightning:

A rare form of lightning in the shape of a glowing red ball that can last anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes. Typically associated with Thunderstorms, these spheres are thought to consist of ionized gas.

BIPOLAR, Behavioral issues

The topic of any psychological disorder and the paranormal is sort of taboo outside our community. Again we must not keep any stone unturned to find the full truth.

“It’s difficult to talk to doctors or therapists about it because you’re afraid they’re going to think, ‘yeah, you are losing your mind.’ That or they tell you that it’s a false perception due to your bipolar or borderline personality disorder, anxiety, paranoia, and other disorders.

“We’re called nut jobs for recounting these paranormal experiences, and don’t you dare mention them to your psychiatrist unless you want a stay in a psych ward complete with an ECT session or two.”

You have to know that two of the giants of psychiatry/psychology, Carl Jung, and William James, gave such experiences a lot of credence. Jung’s mother, who was depressed a good deal of the time, claimed to be visited by spirits during the night. In his memoir, Jung recounted seeing a luminous head, detached from the body, floating from her room.

Jung felt that the human psyche is “by nature religious,” and spent much of his life investigating eastern and related philosophies, which influenced his take on personal healing – individuation – as the reconciliation of opposites, the yin to the yang.

Meanwhile, William James, in his classic “The Varieties of Religious Experience,” felt that healthy-mindedness had a lot to do with “union with the divine” whereas depression was the sign of a “divided soul” that could be cured by a mystical experience. None of this sat well with Freud, who described the Catholic faith as “the enemy” and who expressed his fear of psychiatry descending into a “black tide of mud of occultism.”

Freud was understandably reacting to an age of superstition that for centuries had devalued science and had resulted in the inhumane treatment of individuals with mental illness (regarded as being justly punished by demons).

Jung and James, in the meantime, had serious misgivings about science as the new dogma, divorced from inner spiritual experience.

These days, science is bridging the gap, but it is not yet there.

 Investigations into creativity and intuition point to variations in the way the brain processes information. In either endeavor, the mind arrives at conclusions that cannot be explained as the product of rational and linear thinking.

The temporal lobes and association cortices are two areas of the brain under investigation. What needs to be noted is that science sees intuition and creativity as normal behavior writ large.

Nancy Andersen of the University of Iowa explains at a psychiatric conference because we daily find ourselves dealing with novel situations, our brains are wired to be creative to a certain extent. For instance, when we have normal conversations, we are typically constructing sentences from scratch.

Conversely, too much inefficiency in our filtering and/or too much efficiency in making connections are hallmarks of an overwhelmed brain, unable to register reality. Not surprisingly, Dr. Andersen is a leading expert in schizophrenia. Likewise, manic episodes may be a sign of too much of a good (or bad) thing.

Many people mentioned that their paranormal experiences started with shadow figures in their rooms and being physically touched and just knowing when a spirit presence was nearby. These unexplained phenomena have led psychologists and investigator like me in the search for more answers; I have been a paranormal investigator for the past 40 years.

C: Carbon monoxide, co, co2,

One story that came up on a talk show was about a family that had bought a house and began experiencing paranormal activity not long after moving in. Doors slamming, bed-covers being pulled off, headaches, lethargy. Pretty much anything you’d expect from a haunting. To make a long story short, it turns out they were all suffering from Carbon Monoxide poisoning, which apparently can cause vivid hallucinations in any of the senses.

If you are having constant paranormal activity in your house, be sure to have your furnace, oven, fireplace, etc… checked and install some CO alarms just in case!

What does carbon monoxide have to do with a haunted house?

When people contact me about a haunted house, they often say things like:·  “Sometimes, when I’m in that part of the house, I get shaky, dizzy, and I feel weak all over’ “I get tightness in my chest, and I can’t catch my breath “I’m okay during the day, but at night — especially when it’s cold out — it’s like something floats into my room through the bedroom window, and I can’t breathe.”

·        “The baby gets fussy in that room and seems to be looking at something that I don’t see, and the dog won’t go in there, ever.” ·        “I’m fine all day, but at night, when we close up the house and go to bed, I get headaches, it feels really stuffy in the room, and sometimes I feel kind of sick. I always have to get up and open the window, just to feel the breeze. About an hour or two later, around midnight, everything’s fine again.”

Well, those “symptoms” of haunting can be caused by carbon monoxide poisoning. That’s why carbon monoxide is now the first thing to check in a house that might be haunted. This is especially true if the ghosts started to be a problem when the house was sealed up for the winter, or — in warm climates — for the summer.

Before you do anything else you have to Check the carbon monoxide levels at the possibly-haunted site. Carbon monoxide is nicknamed “the silent killer.” Pets and children often react to it first. Carbon monoxide (CO), also called carbon monoxide, is a colorless, odorless and tasteless gas. It is highly toxic to humans and animals in higher quantities. It can come from a variety of sources, including gas appliances, wood stoves, car exhaust, blocked flues, and even cigarette smoke.

Some people are more sensitive to carbon monoxide and may show symptoms before others do. Any of the following symptoms may indicate high levels of carbon monoxide.

Headaches, A tight sensation in the chest,·Nausea, Shortness of breath, · Vomiting, Dizziness, Fatigue.·  A feeling of weakness.· Confusion or disorientation.· Visual disturbances.· Fainting and seizures.·Flu symptoms.·

Infants may be irritable. Pets can avoid certain areas.

For example, if a nearby neighbor has a wood stove and you (or the client) sleep with your window open, elevated carbon monoxide could explain some “symptoms” of a haunting. If you regularly investigate haunted sites, be sure your home has very low levels of carbon monoxide, too. If you’ve been sensitized to the gas, even low levels might trigger your symptoms at a “haunted” site. It could happen. Rule this out, immediately.

When you’re investigating a potentially haunted house and any symptoms match the warning list, carbon monoxide levels must be checked first.

Channeling: In this modern day method of spirit communication, a spirit will pass information directly to a medium or channeler who will then relay the information on to the listener(s).

Clairaudience: An auditory form of ESP paranormal information is received outside the range of normal perception through voices, whispers and auditory impressions.

Clairsentience: A general term for clairvoyance and clairaudience. Clairsentience typically occurs in the form of ESP through physical sensations or smells.

Clairvoyance: An acute insight or perceptiveness that enables you to see objects or events that cannot be perceived by the senses in the form of mental imagery and intuition. (See ESP)

D: Dehydration. Dementia, Drugs

Severe dehydration is known medically as hyponatremia and is becoming recognized as a more common problem than previously thought. We can probably thank all that “drink before you’re thirsty” advice. I know one doctor who is convinced that the popularity of Camelback-type hydration systems has caused a relative epidemic of hyponatremia in the American southwest.

Blind people may experience visual hallucinations and some people who are losing their hearing experience aural hallucinations. One common factor with many types of hallucinations is that the brain seems to be deprived of input and kind of up-regulated in an attempt to achieve homeostasis.

My answer to a paranormal incident in Quebec – schizophrenia

THIS IS HER STORY

I seriously need help but I don’t know who to turn to.

Be aware that I only started taking notes on the 4th of September 2020.

On the 27th of July 2020, I had to put down my cat, which I adored with all my heart.  I was still crying so much on the second day of her passing that I decided to look up pet afterlife videos on YouTube.  I fell upon one of Danielle McKinnon’s videos, and that’s when I finally felt relief knowing that my cat was still with me. 

I must say that I never stopped talking to my cat. When I would go out, I would say goodbye. When I came in, I would say hi! When I looked at the places where she often hung around, you guessed it; I talked to her.  On nights that I would watch a movie, I pretended that my cat was resting on me and would pet her back, just like we always did. 

About one week or two after the passing of my cat, I started to feel as if I had energy coming out of my fingertips.  The next day it intensified, and I suddenly witnessed first hand how we are all energy. The day after that, I could feel the energy coming out of everything! For a few days, I didn’t know what was going on and felt very baffled.  

I did not realize then how it was important for me to take notes when such and such event happened, so I might sound a little bit confused. 

One night, while I was watching a movie, I called Lea to come and watch a movie with me. Since her death, I had done this every time I watched a movie. So, I pretended I was petting her and that’s when I started to feel her whiskers, her breath and even her kissing me as she always did when she was alive.

The night after that, I couldn’t wait to watch a movie with my girl. All-day, I felt a small animal, such as a little dog or cat, walking on my feet and trying to jump on my knees. So, thinking it was my baby girl, called Lea, I kept on telling her to jump on me, but she wouldn’t; she stayed with her feet on my feet and her head on my knees, begging me to pick her up. I must tell you that I am in a motorized wheelchair, and so you can understand how it would be easy for an animal to walk and rest on my feet. 

I think it was on that same night that while I was lying in bed, I saw three figures (silhouettes). One; that I could not see very well but figured that it was my cat because I could faintly feel it licking my fingers, as she used to do—another one; going back and forth on my feet and one more that I call the guardian because it did not move. 

So, first, I discovered my cat, and then there were three cats, and then four. Also, I thought that I was going to be able to feel them only at night, but that is not the case. I can feel their mustaches, their little wet nose, and I can feel their breath anytime they are near me and even if there are people around.

Quick update: 5ft Sept. 2020. I am now surrounded by at least five or six pets. I can feel their whiskers… there is even one that seems to be very young because it is chewing on my shoes and pinched the back of my leg yesterday. Also, they are not all cats as I thought; there are also dogs and maybe even other types of animal such as rats.

The 9th of September 2020

Now I need serious help. This situation is not fun anymore.  About 3 nights ago, I counted 9 animals in my bed; that is when my problems began. This will sound absolutely impossible, but I swear to you on my father’s head, who is still alive, that what I am about to tell you is real.

The night that I could see 9 different shadows of pets, I sensed one coming up to my ear at a swift but delicate pace, and it resembled a lot like a Chihuahua that we had, my parents and I some 30 years ago. Now you may think to yourself, “So what? it’s only a Chihuahua, what harm can that do?” I am very embarrassed to tell you that the Chihuahua started licking my private parts.

On that first night of her appearance, I got it to stop, but all the days ever since, she has been continuously licking my vagina and my butthole. I swear to you this is not a joke. It is not fun at all to have this freaking ghost Chihuahua dog licking your private parts from morning ’till night.

I have tried chasing her away with sage. Since I did not want to chase away my own cat, I’ve decided last night only to purify my body, as well as my motorized wheelchair. This afternoon I think I will have no choice but to try to cleanse the whole apartment since it did not work at all.

Update the 12th of September 2020

The sage made things worse; it intensified the Chihuahua’s pace. I tried telling them that they are not welcome anymore, that they must all go. That was last night. Today, I am ignoring them, but I can still feel some of them touching me with their whiskers. As for the little corrupted one, I still feel it but faintly.

Some Paranormal chasers have told me to stop talking to my baby and any of them, to stop giving them attention. They also said I should firmly ask them to go away… but I don’t think they will. One told me to look up what an incubus was and that it should give me an idea of what I am dealing with.

Do you have any suggestions as to what to do meanwhile to protect myself?

I literally did not sleep last night and surely won’t sleep at all tonight either because I am now afraid that they will get angry with me now that I am ignoring them.

It wIll sound stupid, but I put a garlic head under the seat of my motorized wheelchair.

Do you recommend something else?

Obtaining happiness, prosperity and peace

Talking about happiness ,reading about it ,and  wish each other happiness, prosperity and peace, but only a few seem to know how to be peaceful. Here are some steps that might help one to find the most needed inner peace.

Take Time for yourself; taking some time for yourself improves the quality of your life

Often, we become so engrossed in our day-to-day activities, we simply end up gathering more and more information, and do not take time out to think and reflect. Then we feel dull and tired. We need to stop and reassess, evaluate and preplan.

A few quiet moments everyday are the source of creativity. Silence heals and rejuvenates and gives you depth and stability. In Islam the daily prayers and worship provides the 5 times where you become toned with the creator, enjoy his friendship and worship, silent your temptation and greed, reduced your stress and anger. Sometime during the day, sit for a few minutes; get into the cave of your heart, eyes closed, and keep the world away, pray to God in silent or with words .

Know the Impermanence of Life

Millions of years have passed and this life run with time in a linear dimension for time and in all direction for space but all are going to one source. So remember nothing is for ever and all this life will stop and will reborn again in hand of God to a different form of life.

Just open your eyes, and ask, “Who am I? Why am I on this planet? What is my lifetime?” The answer of course is clear and it is in the Quran, God answer this for you , he said he created everything human, demons and all other creations for one thing and one thing only , and that is to worship him. So the key thing is worship God alone. All other reasons of creations are secondary and the only reason that we are here to worship and pray to one God only.

An awareness dawns, and you will stop worrying about little things. All smallness will simply drop and you will be able to live every moment of your life.

When you review your life in a broader context, the quality of your life improves.

Perform Random Acts of Kindness

Make a commitment to make this world a better place to live. Do some acts of kindness without expecting anything in return. Zakat, Sadaqa, help the poor and the orphans, the food bank, volunteer, Service alone can bring contentment in life. It creates a sense of connectedness. When you bring some relief to someone through selfless service, good vibrations come to you. When you show kindness, your true nature, which is love and peace, come to the surface.

Make Your Smile Cheaper

I used to say good morning to someone at work and they never ever return the greeting for me or to anybody else, some other workers don’t even smile , so I decided to kill my smile and never ever return the greeting , I know it’s wrong but I wanted to give it a try.

I didn’t even communicate with those people or responded to their questions, of course they don’t have anything to do with the flow of work but I made them feel like they are not visible. I invited most of the workers and excluded them, until they got the point that I do not like them. They did ask me and I replied I don’t know what are you talking about , I don’t know you at all to hate you and I don’t care . Why is that they replied? I said smile and greeting, saying good morning and replying to other people greeting is part of kindness, part of been human and I don’t see that in you. After that they all changed and were part of the tem and as pleasant as they can be , only one person stay as she is , our boss fired here in few weeks as she don’t fit our work ethics.

Every day, every morning, look at the mirror and give a good smile to yourself. Don’t let your smile be snatched away by anybody! Usually, you give your anger freely and smile rarely, as though a smile is costly. Make your smile cheaper and anger expensive! Don’t be mean

Make worship and prayers a Part of Life

When we have higher goals in life it leads to stress and restlessness, which can be released through a few minutes of prayers, worship and self reflection Worshiping God alone gives you deep rest, deep trust in one God and strengthen your faith .The deeper you are able to rest, the more dynamic you will be in activity.

What is Salat? = worship =

It is the Relationship between yourself and God, if you can’t change yourself you are not ready to lead or change the world.

Mind without agitation focusing on the source of the creation and that is one God is worship. It is not done by catholic ritual of words on Sunday alone. It is daily practice to be toned in faith, as it is faith and nor a religion that matter.
• Mind in the present moment is worshiping God, so it is part of our daily mindfulness to live the moment with the creator.
• Mind that has no hesitation, no anticipation Is worship, we worship God because he is the only God wealth of that , we worship him because we love him and belong to him and not just because we fear him or need him for our livelihood. .
• Mind that comes back home to the source, which is peace and joy, is worship , Peace ( Alsalam ) Shalom is one of God names.
Be a Student Always, eager to learn even from those who have no college education , learn from anyone that can give you wisdom, positive thickening .

Know that you are a student forever. Do not underestimate anybody. Knowledge may come to you from any corner. Each occasion teaches you and each person teaches you. The world is your teacher. When you are always looking to learn, you will stop underestimating others. Humility will dawn in your life.

Feel Grateful

Our love, faith and belief should be deep rooted, and then everything else moves on its own. The feeling that “I am blessed” can help you overcome any failure. Once you realize that you are blessed, then all the complaints and grumbling disappear, all the insecurities disappear and you become grateful, contented and peaceful.

Our existence is not in isolation with the rest of the world. While this idea sounds spiritual, it is very pertinent to social and global situations that we see every now and then. When a house is on fire in the neighborhood, if we don’t act, it is only a matter of time before the fire reaches our own doorstep. Look what’s happening in California, because the government worried about jobs, money and elections  they forgot or already forgotten the environment , cut and clear shrubs , paying for more firefighters, and people are not helping each other , demonstrating in the street making more fire  the hall country went on fire.

There is an idea found in many ancient cultures that this world is one organism. The microcosm is a reflection of the macrocosm. Just like within us there are billions of cells with their independent existence that collectively make up our existence, all the billions of people and other creatures make up the being of this world.

Taking care of hygiene and preserving health is easier than going through treatment after the onset of disease. Just as we need to be proactive in maintaining our health, we need to be proactive in maintaining harmony in the world. Healthy multicultural exposure to children can go a long way in eliminating Hinduism fanaticism in India to respect Muslims and the minority so they can be respected and stop the bloodshed.

An attitude of service cultivated in young minds can be a preventive approach to tackling corruption. Therefore, proper education – one that inculcates human values and honors diversity, is necessary for sustainable peace in the world.

Only a few people in the world cause terror, not the whole population. Of the seven billion people on this planet, there are hardly a few thousand who cause crime and the whole world is affected. We can see that the Indian Hindu government punishing the hall 165 million Muslims in India by taking their citizen rights and birth rights, how can we expect justice if our enemy is the judge. With the same law, won’t the reverse also work?

Just a few thousand of us, being really peaceful, loving and caring for the whole planet can we not bring a transformation? One should not think, ‘what can I do?’’ or that one is insignificant. Everyone has a role to play when the world is in turmoil. Black lives matter started with one person. Right or wrong action resulted in ciaos.

Mistakes and forgiveness

Mistakes happen all the time. Often you get irritated by mistakes and you want to correct them, but how many can you correct? You correct others’ mistakes for two reasons.

The first is when someone’s mistake bothers you, and the second is when you correct someone for their own sake so they can grow, not because it bothers you. Correcting mistakes for the first reason – when the mistake bothers you – does not work.

To correct mistakes you need both authority and love. Authority and love seem to be contradictory but in reality they are not. Authority without love is stifling and does not work. Love without authority is shallow. You need both but they need to be in the right combination so you can be successful in correcting others’ mistakes. This can happen if you are totally dispassionate and centered. When you allow room for mistakes, you can be both authoritative and sweet. That is how the Divine is – the right balance of both. Krishna and Jesus had both. People in love also exercise authority with those they love. Authority and love exist in all relationships.

As individuals, we sometimes feel that we have not done anything wrong, yet the other person believes that some injustice has been done to him. If the other perceives us as the cause for their pain or suffering, it is wise for us to ask for their forgiveness.

Yet we commit so much mistakes and sin against God orders , in our lust, envy, jealousy, anger, breaking the commandments, lie, steal, cheat, swear ,commit the 7 sins daily and so on . We never apologize to God or say sorry!

Someone saw me in my house that I followed a fly got in my house from the garden, so I took a soft tissue and gently captured the fly then released her back to the garden , he said are you stupid wasting your time with this fly and she might come back to your house ? Why you don’t kill her?

Why, I answered, why should I kill she is not harming me, she is lost and I gave her

Life to live another day is it that more generous, merciful and beautiful to see all life forms have another chance. If it was a scorpion or poisonous snake that will be a different story. So to me she wasn’t an evil enemy or dangerous killer.

Even when we walk, or talk or do something else any action has some flaws, and it might effects other living been. Any of our actions could have hurt someone. Therefore, if without our knowledge, our actions have hurt someone, we should not hesitate to ask for forgiveness. Knowingly or unknowingly, intentionally or unintentionally, if you have hurt someone by your thought, word, or deed  you ask that they forgive you.

Neither forgiving nor asking forgiveness will make one’s social status go down. In fact, it shows one’s strength. You are taking responsibility for clearing up some conflict that has happened in the past, and bringing harmony in its place.
